Journey to the edge of the world with Seaira Dives on an expedition to Antarctica, the Last Continent.
From February 26 through March 10, 2028, we’ll travel from Ushuaia across the legendary Drake Passage to explore the Antarctic Peninsula and Weddell Sea aboard the Ortelius. This is a true expedition where wildlife, weather, ice, and discovery shape each day.
Cruise by Zodiac between towering icebergs and glaciers, walk among penguin colonies, search for humpback and minke whales, encounter seals along the ice, kayak through polar landscapes, and experience Antarctica from above and below the surface. Qualified divers can take the adventure even further with optional cold water diving in one of the most remote environments on Earth.
We’re traveling during the late Antarctic summer, when receding sea ice can provide access to more remote areas and the surrounding waters are alive with feeding whales. Divers and non divers alike can be part of this expedition, with opportunities for snorkeling, kayaking, hiking, photography, educational programming, and hands on citizen science.
This is more than a trip to Antarctica. It is a chance to experience one of the wildest places left on Earth alongside a community of divers, explorers, photographers, scientists, and adventurers.
Antarctica is waiting. 🇦🇶
