Seaira Dives: Where Community Meets the Ocean

Ciara is a PADI Course Director, military veteran, and passionate traveler who has explored more than 40 countries and some of the world’s most incredible underwater environments.

She founded Seaira Dives to combine high-quality training, unforgettable travel, and a supportive dive community. Whether mentoring future instructors, planning adventures, or helping a new diver take their first breath underwater, she brings energy, intention, and heart to everything she does.

Ciara is also deeply committed to ocean conservation and believes that loving the ocean means protecting it. From shoreline cleanups to encouraging responsible dive practices, conservation is part of the culture at Seaira Dives.

Her background in the United States Army helped shape the leadership, discipline, and team-first mindset she brings to training and travel alike.

Tim has been a lifelong ocean enthusiast ever since Jacques Cousteau first introduced him to the underwater world. With more than 30 years of diving experience and over 800 logged dives, he brings deep knowledge and genuine enthusiasm to the Seaira Dives team.

As an instructor, Tim enjoys helping others discover the beauty of the underwater world while promoting safe, responsible diving practices. He has explored everything from vibrant coral reefs to historic wrecks and loves sharing that sense of curiosity and adventure with others.

In his professional life, Tim served as a Military Police officer in the United States Army and later worked for 30 years as a local police lieutenant. That experience shaped the sense of fairness, responsibility, and respect he brings to every interaction.

Since retirement, he has devoted even more time to diving and volunteers as a diver at the National Aquarium in Baltimore, helping educate visitors about marine life and ocean conservation.

PB is our resident Frenchie-in-charge, a slightly bossy senior gentleman who lives for Scuba Summer and anything involving sunshine, snacks, and splashing. Though he is not quite dive certified, he insists on supervising all aquatic operations while sporting his stylish lifejacket. His specialties include dive bag inspections, hose spray zoomies, and emotional support snorts at just the right moment.

Blitz is our Dutch Shepherd mix with rocket boosters for legs and a full-time job in joy-spreading. She thrives on dock diving, toy retrieval, and keeping the vibes high at all times. Blitz is always ready for action, especially if it involves water, splashing, or a little chaos. Her mission is simple: keep the humans smiling and make sure there is never a dull moment.
